Furikake is the ultimate Japanese sprinkle—salty, sweet, briny, nutty, and crunchy all at once. Traditionally used on rice, we put it on just about everything.

Sprinkle it on eggs, noodles, salads, popcorn, avocado toast, or anywhere you’d normally reach for salt. One shake and suddenly your food is way more interesting.
